23R075 is a high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel (Hi-B) engineered for energy-efficient transformer cores. With a thickness of 0.23mm, it delivers an iron loss of ≤0.75 W/kg and a magnetic flux density of ≥1.88T, enabling transformers to meet stringent efficiency standards while reducing no-load losses.

This variant is specifically the 23R075 grade. Other thicknesses and grades are available upon request.
Main component is iron (Fe) with silicon (Si) added (about 3.0%-3.2%). Other elements such as Al and Mn are included. Impurities like C, S, and N are strictly controlled, characteristic of high magnetic permeability Hi-B steel.
Ideal for energy efficiency standard transformers, high-efficiency distribution transformers, and power transformer cores.
