The 27Q105 is a high magnetic induction grain-oriented silicon steel (Hi-B) designed for power transformer cores. With a thickness of 0.27mm, low iron loss of ≤1.05 W/kg at 1.7T/50Hz, and high magnetic flux density (B8 ≥1.88T), this material enhances transformer efficiency and reduces energy losses.
| Parameter | Value |
|---|---|
| Thickness | 0.27 mm |
| Iron Loss (P1.7/50) | ≤1.05 W/kg |
| Magnetic Flux Density (B8) | ≥1.88 T |
Available in the 27Q105 grade, with customization options for width, coating, and packaging.
Made primarily of iron with about 3% silicon, supplemented by aluminum and manganese, and containing inhibitors like MnS and AlN to enhance magnetic properties. The grain-oriented structure aligns grains to optimize magnetic flux.
Ideal for power transformer cores, including distribution transformers, power transformers, and converter transformers. It is widely used in the manufacturing of transformer cores globally.
We can provide custom slit widths, insulation coatings, and packaging to meet specific customer requirements.
A transformer manufacturer in Mexico (MX) uses this grade for complete power transmission and distribution transformers, with an annual business scale of approximately $500 million. The material has been in use for over 10 years, ensuring stable operation and contributing to global energy development.
